On December 2, 2022, Nkarta, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will host a conference call on December 5, 2022 at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time to review updated clinical data from the ongoing clinical trial of NKX019, the Company's CD19-directed CAR NK cell therapy candidate. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
