On April 22, 2022, Nkarta, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will host a conference call on April 25, 2022 at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time to discuss clinical data from its ongoing Phase 1 clinical trials assessing two lead clinical programs, NKX101 and NKX019. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
